4 ways to boost your immune system


Social distancing + washing hands is key to stopping the spreading of a virus. With all of that, here are easy ways you can boost your (and your kids!) immune system to ensure your body is as healthy and strong as it can be!

1. Reduce stress. Stress suppresses the immune system. Be alert, aware and in the know but try to tune out all the stress inducing fear going on through all the news and media outlets. Be mindful of safety precautions and we’ll all be 👌🏻,Gd willing. 😌

2. Vitamin C. + vitamin D + Multi vitamin ☀️
