What types of salads do you deliver?

The salads are always changing. All salads are vegetarian and 90% are vegan. If you need your salads to be all vegan, please specify in the preferences form. Each salad contains a balance of healthy fats, proteins, complex carbs and greens. Each salad is personalized and built according to your preferences. How do the salads stay fresh for the entire week?

The salads are vacuum sealed with an oxygen absorber packet to ensure that they remain crispy and fresh all week long.



What if I have an allergy or a food that I don’t like?

Upon payment, you will be directed to a page that you can let us know about any allergies or dislikes. Each salad will be custom prepared specifically for you.



Do I keep getting billed until I cancel?

Your subscription automatically renews each month, unless you cancel it.



What happens with my salads if I go on vacation?

If you need to suspend your delivery for a week or two, simply fill out the suspend deliveries form on this site before midnight on the Wednesday prior to the weeks you need suspended. You will receive a credit for those weeks.



How many salads do I get?

Each week you will receive 5 individually packaged salads, one for each day of the work week.



Can I choose which salads I want?

There isn't an option to choose which salads you would like to receive. The salads, however, can be modified. Upon signing up, you will fill out a preferences form to ensure that each salad is just the way you like it.



What areas do you deliver to?

The Kansas City metropolitan area.



Is there a calorie count per salad?

The salads range from 250 – 400 calories/salad, including the dressing. Each salad comes with a nutritional label as well as WW points.



Are the salads kosher?

Yes. Our salads are certified by the Vaad HaKashruth of Kansas City.



Can I cancel or suspend my subscription?

Yes! You can suspend or cancel your subscription by filling out the suspend or cancel forms on this website.



Are you delivering during COVID-19?

Yes! We are open and delivering to an ever expanding group of people in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We are taking added precautions and abide by the advice of medical professionals and infectious disease experts.



Do I have to be home at the time of delivery?

Preferably. We provide a cooler which will be delivered with your first salad delivery. Please leave your cooler by your front door every Sunday evening. You will receive a text message right before and after your delivery. Please put your salads in the fridge as soon as possible, to ensure freshness.



When do you deliver?

We deliver every Sunday between 4:30pm - 8:30pm



How do I update my preferences?

You can update your preferences anytime, as often as you like, by visiting the Forms page, or by clicking HERE.



Are there vegan and gluten-free salad options?

Absolutely. Just let us know on the preferences form, and we will modify your salads to be vegan or gluten-free.



Can I try one week of salads to see if this service is right for me?

We understand that it is sometimes hard to commit without experiencing our salads first hand. We are more than happy to offer a one-time, one week trial to see if our salads would be a fit for your lifestyle. Your trial salads will be delivered the Sunday evening following your order.
